After installing, open it and click on 'Choose Video' to choose a video. Then you will see several options available to configure your video, but if you do not want to modify anything, the application will give you the option to 'Set Live Wallpaper', and that video will be set as wallpaper.

Search Google or websites like Giphy for an animated GIF that you like to use as wallpaper and save it. Next, you'll need to download the GIF Live Wallpaper app from the Google Play Store.

Once you are inside the app, open the GIF you want to use as wallpaper, the app gives you the option to resize it, rotate it, make the GIF go faster or slower, loop it, etc.

Then, accept the changes and click on 'Set GIF as Wallpaper', and choose whether you want it on the Home screen, Lock screen or both.
